Rule 133
Work, Duties and Powers of the Director of Judgment Implementation Branch
The work, duties and powers of the Director of Judgment Implementation Branch under the Directorate shall be as follows:-
(a) Arresting and charging persons as per the details of punishments, fines, government offenses and imprisonment received from the Central Revenue Records Branch, (b) To ensure proper mobilization and management of police manpower as required in the execution of the judgment (c) Imprisonment, penalty and fines to take necessary action to make the tehsil effective,
(d) To perform the tasks specified by the Director General.
